Return & Refund Policy

At Clay Pigeon Adventures, we strive to provide services as advertised, subject to availability. In cases where a service is unavailable, we will make every effort to rebook or reschedule. If rescheduling is not feasible, we will process a refund to the client as promptly as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Changes in numbers 8-30 days before the activity will result in a maximum 50% refund. For cancellations made 7 days before the appointment or in case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.

If you are found to be under the influence, you will not receive service, and no refund will be issued.

Your Account

Please ensure your details are correct and complete, and inform us immediately of any changes to the information provided when registering.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your devices to prevent unauthorised access. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe your account has been breached.

This is a legally binding contract, and Clay Pigeon Adventures will retain the title owner of the products, activities, or services until full payment has been made by you and has been received by Clay Pigeon Adventures.
