Join us for the ROWE RUN 5KM, a relaxed and scenic outdoor run/walk through the beautiful surroundings of Lourensford!

Annual - No Pro Rata - 1 January to 31 December. Join us: Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday mornings from 7am to 11.30am. Plus Thursday evenings 5pm - 9pm Pizzas and Burgers from Clay kitchen afterwards. Also ride Saturday afternoon 3pm - 6pm.
Arrangements
Please familiarise yourself with ALL the rules. TIMES: Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday riding from 7am - 11.30am. Thursday evenings 5pm - 7pm Pizza and Burgers from our kitchen. Saturday afternoon - 3pm-6pm. Essential to check in and check out at Clay Hub. Zero tolerance for late comers or being off the designated trails.
